A Gang of fraudster are selling Bank Details of card like, the CVV number, and phone numbers and email IDs just for Rs.500 on the Dark Web. These card details are used on international website's where OTP is not required. Madhya Pradesh police cyber cell caught two members of this gang among which one is a former Cognizant employee and other one employed with HDFC bank. Overseas Forex trading Prohibited via Internet trading portals - Don't Fell Into Trap

When you search Forex Trading online, you will see a lot of portals that promise you high returns on the basis of Trading Foreign Currency. But are you aware that this is not allowed. RBI recently released a circular that was shared with me by HDFC. I am adding the entire details below with FOREIGN EXCHANGE MANAGEMENT ACT, 1999 PDF file. Mumbai Women Lost 29,000 Rs on Credit Card - ICICI Credit Card Fake Call - Beware

A recent news published in The Times of India, a woman from Mumbai lost Rs.29,000 on a fake call she received from ICICI Credit Card division. The girl who called knows that the woman's credit card is going to expire + a new card is couriered to her. Taking benefit from other basic info about the woman, she made a trap by saying that there are 9000 credit points, and if you want to transfer you have to follow a verification process, the innocent woman unaware, trusted due to the info the girl has and lost Rs.29,000 on it. The woman registered a FIR against the caller, yet seems there are no progress. So take care, there are many fraud calls and these people know your details, they are aware about the bank verification process. Do not share anything at all. Don’t Pay To Bank On Credit Card Frauds If You Report In First 3 Days: RBI

Credit Card Frauds are common, you get a call from a fake bank representative for upgrades and scheme. Consumer got trusted on the basis of authentication process and duped for money. After getting into trap, while complaining to bank, the Bank says you have to pay everything, they are not liable. Thanks to RBI, now has a fresh directive, you don’t have to pay if you report to bank within the first 3 days. Remember the first 3 days are crucial. RBI introduces “Zero” / “Limited Liability” for fraudulent or unauthorized electronic transactions. RBI released final guidelines,  a customer will bear ‘zero’ liability in case of a fraudulent transaction if there is contributory fraud or negligence on the part of the bank. The case is similar even if there is no involvement of the bank. So, in case of a third party breach, where there is no involvement of the bank, the customer will bear zero liability if the fraud is reported to the bank within three working days of receiving communicatio
